Protecting the public from serious and organised crime

Our people

There's no such thing as a 'typical' NCA officer. We come from different backgrounds and cultures, speak many languages and have diverse skills and experiences. What we have in common is dedication and a commitment to protecting the public from serious and organised crime.

More about our people

Governance and transparency

We have a duty to be open, transparent and accountable for our performance and our use of public money and have rigorous governance and oversight procedures.

Supporting victims and survivors

The best interests of victims are at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to treating victims of crime with fairness, dignity and to provide all necessary care, support and protection, from the outset of an investigation through to the prosecution at court and beyond if necessary.
