FATF : The Cayman Islands' progress in strengthening measures to tackle money laundering and terrorist financing

Overall, Cayman Islands has addressed most of the requirements of the revised Recommendation 15.

• Recommendation 15 is re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant

In light of Cayman Islands’ progress since the adoption of its MER and Enhanced Follow-Up Report, no Recommendations are rated as NC/PC.  Cayman Islands will remain in enhanced follow-up on the basis that it had a low or moderate level of effectiveness for 7 or more of the 11 effectiveness outcomes.
